Privacy Policy

This policy explains what S Protect Texas LLC ("Steve Frassetti", "I", "my") collects when you use this site, fill in the Readiness Assessment, book a call, message me on Instagram or Facebook, or join my community. I run a concierge Executive Readiness practice in Houston. What you tell me is private and I treat it that way.
What I collect
What you give me directly. Your name, email, phone number if you add one, company, title, role, industry, company size, and city and state.
Your Readiness Assessment answers. What brought you here, what worries you, your current training, who referred you, and how you rate yourself on each part of readiness.
Details you choose to share. If you tell me about your work, your travel or your household, I keep it. Please do not enter medical or health information in any form. If it matters, we will talk about it directly.
Messages. If you message me on Instagram or Facebook or comment with a keyword, I receive your username, the keyword and your messages. If I ask for your email and you reply, I keep it.
Calls and bookings. The time you book and any notes I take during a call.
Basic site data. Pages viewed and where the visit came from, plus the link tags (such as utm_source) on the link you clicked. My site analytics do not use cookies or track you across other sites.
How I use it
To reply to you, schedule a call and follow up.
To send the file or invite you asked for and occasional emails from me. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand your situation and decide how best to help. I may use what you tell me to prioritize and tailor my follow-up. That is a judgment about my time and your fit, never a score shown to you or shared.
To run and improve my practice and this site.
I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone outside my practice except the service providers below, who handle it only to provide their service to me.
Text messages
Giving me your number is optional. If you opt in, I collect your mobile number and what you provide when you opt in, such as your name and appointment details. I use it only to send appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates, to answer your messages (such as HELP or STOP) and to keep a record of your consent. I do not sell, rent, share or disclose your mobile number or text opt-in data to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Who handles it for me
I use these providers to run the practice: GoHighLevel (forms, contact records, email, text and scheduling), ManyChat and Meta (Instagram and Facebook messaging), Google Workspace (email, documents and files), Circle (my community, only if you join), Airtable (contact records), Netlify and Cloudflare (hosting and security) and GoatCounter (privacy-friendly site analytics). Each has its own privacy policy and I do not control it. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep your information while we are in touch and for up to 24 months after our last contact. Then I delete or anonymize it. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to [email protected] and I will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.
Security
Your Executive Readiness details are kept in a restricted part of a private system. I use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure and I cannot promise otherwise.
Children
This site is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If I change this policy I will update the date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
