These terms cover your use of this site, the Readiness Assessment, my emails and messages, and anything else I offer here before you sign an agreement with me. S Protect Texas LLC ("Steve Frassetti", "I", "my") operates the site. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What this site is
It is an introduction to my concierge Executive Readiness practice. The Readiness Assessment, the guides, the posts and everything else here are general information. They are not legal, medical, security or other professional advice, and they are not tailored to your situation.
No client relationship yet
Nothing on this site, in a message or on a first call makes you a client. A client relationship starts only when we both sign a written agreement. Training and in-person services are covered by that agreement and by a separate waiver, which govern if they differ from these terms.
No guarantees, and not for emergencies
I cannot guarantee your safety or any outcome. No training, plan or advice removes risk. If you are in danger or facing an emergency, call 911. Do not use this site, email or social messages for that.
Physical activity
Physical training carries a risk of injury. Check with your doctor before you start any program. Nothing here is a substitute for that advice.
Your information
What you submit is handled under my Privacy Policy. Please give accurate information. Do not enter medical information or anything about another person that you do not have the right to share.
Emails
By giving me your email you agree to receive what you asked for and occasional emails from me. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
SMS Terms
S Protect Texas LLC (doing business as Steve Frassetti) sends text messages about appointment confirmations, scheduling and reminders for my concierge Executive Readiness practice. The messages are transactional and informational. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How to opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box (unchecked by default) on a booking or assessment form, or by providing your number during booking and agreeing to receive text messages.
Consent language. "By entering your mobile number and checking this box, you agree to receive appointment and scheduling text messages from Steve Frassetti (S Protect Texas LLC). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."
Types and frequency. Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and session-related updates. Message frequency varies with your appointments.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply. I do not charge for text messages. Your mobile carrier does.
Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming it, and you can opt in again through the website. Reply HELP for assistance, or write to [email protected].
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your phone number and information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
Community
My community runs on Circle and has its own terms and rules, which apply when you join.
My content
The text, images, video and other material on this site belong to me or are used with permission. You may share a link or a short quote with credit. Please do not copy, republish or sell it without my written permission.
Links to other sites
I link to services I do not control, including Instagram, Facebook and Circle. I am not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and everything on it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, S Protect Texas LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from your use of the site, and its total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed $100. Nothing here limits a right that the law does not allow me to limit.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
I may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.
