Capability that holds outside the gym.
Control Yourself. Lead Everywhere.
For executives and high-level professionals. Programs designed around real-world risk profiles and demanding schedules. Not flashy techniques designed for tournaments — durable capability that integrates into a complex life and holds when it matters.
Most self-defense training is built for the wrong person.
The standard self-defense program assumes a 25-year-old with time to train four nights a week. Most adult professionals are not that person. Their schedule is bounded by leadership obligations, travel, and family responsibilities. Their physical readiness is variable. Their risk profile is real but not constant.
This program is built differently. The principles taught here transfer across rule sets, across contexts, across the moments when life departs from script. The structure of training is built around your schedule, not around mine. The work is calibrated to where you actually are, not where someone twenty years younger might be.
The result is durable capability — the kind that does not erode in three months when life gets busy, and that holds when it matters because the principles are sound and the practice has been deliberate.
Capability across five dimensions.
Reading environments and people.
Most situations resolve before contact if read correctly. Awareness training installs the habits that surface threats early — and the discrimination to ignore noise.
Practiced exits before contact.
The best fight is the one that never happens. Verbal de-escalation, environment management, and decisive movement before a confrontation crystallizes are taught as practiced patterns rather than abstract advice.
Conditioning that fits your life.
Programs are calibrated to your current condition and schedule. The goal is durable improvement, not aspirational training plans you abandon in three weeks.
Technique that holds under pressure.
Grappling-grounded technique selected for what works against resistance, against larger opponents, against the variables that real situations introduce.
Calibrated to your specific risk profile.
Training scenarios reflect your actual exposure — the parking garages you use, the travel patterns of your role, the specific situations a person in your context might encounter. Generic self-defense is replaced by situated capability.
Texas-based, with national engagements.
Executive self-defense training is delivered in two formats:
Texas-based engagements. In-person sessions held at private or curated training environments. Available to clients based in or willing to travel to Texas.
National engagements. Available on a case-by-case basis with travel included in the engagement structure. Reserved for multi-day intensives and corporate programs that justify dedicated travel.
All in-person engagements begin with a virtual consultation to assess fit, scope, and logistics.
Five programs scaled to commitment.
All programs begin with a free 30-minute Discovery Call. The call is mutual evaluation: I assess fit and you assess whether the program serves your context.
Initial consultation
A 30-minute conversation to assess fit and scope. We discuss your context, your goals, your specific risk profile, and whether this approach is the right fit for what you’re looking for. No commitment.
Book your Discovery Call below ↓4-session foundation program
Standard entry program · Delivered over 4-8 weeks
The introductory program. Four 90-minute sessions covering the five dimensions: awareness, avoidance, physical readiness, capability, context. Sufficient to establish baseline competence and identify priorities for further development.
8-session executive program
Delivered over 8-12 weeks · The standard engagement
The standard executive engagement. Eight 90-minute sessions building from the foundation program into structured capability across all five dimensions. Includes between-session protocols, scenario-specific work calibrated to your role, and a final readiness assessment.
12-session executive intensive
Delivered over 8-16 weeks based on schedule and progression
The deepest single-engagement program. Twelve sessions covering everything in the executive program plus advanced scenario work, stress-tested protocols, and ongoing capability assessment. For clients with elevated risk profiles or executives who want a comprehensive baseline before considering ongoing retainer work.
Annual retainer
For high-value clients with ongoing risk profiles
Annual engagement structure: monthly training sessions plus on-call availability for situation-specific consultation. Designed for executives whose roles or contexts require ongoing capability maintenance and access to direct counsel as situations arise.
Annual retainers begin only after at least one prior engagement (typically the 8- or 12-session program). The retainer is a continuation, not an entry point.
Programs are non-transferable. Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Engagement details, scheduling, and any travel arrangements are agreed during the Discovery Call.
