WHAT THIS BUILDS

You become your own first line of defense.

The work is organized around five dimensions that build in sequence. The first two are foundational: the habits of mind and environment that resolve most situations before contact. The next two are physical: building physical capability and technical readiness. The fifth is the concierge layer: the calibration of everything to your specific lifestyle, your risk profile, and the people you protect.

HOW STEVE WORKS

Direct. Private. Built around you.

Steve works with a deliberately small number of clients because every engagement requires his full attention. There are no assistants, no group classes, no standardized curriculum delivered the same way to everyone.

The format — in-person, virtual, or a combination — is determined together based on your situation. The structure: the number of sessions, the pacing, the specific dimensions to prioritize first. All of it is decided during the Discovery Call, not before it.

Some clients complete a foundation engagement and have what they need. Others continue into ongoing development. Some need specific preparation for upcoming travel or an elevated-risk situation. Some want their spouse or partner included in the work. The structure follows the outcome required.

The following is orientation, not a fixed menu.

FOUNDATION

4-session foundation program

From $2,800

Four 90-minute sessions over 4-8 weeks. The entry engagement. Establishes competence across all five dimensions and identifies priorities for continued development. Appropriate for clients who want to evaluate the work before a longer commitment, or who have a specific near-term objective.

STANDARD ENGAGEMENT

8-session executive program

From $5,500

Eight 90-minute sessions over 8-12 weeks. Structured capability across all five dimensions. Includes between-session protocols, scenario-specific work calibrated to your role and environment, and a final readiness assessment.

INTENSIVE

12-session executive intensive

From $8,000

Twelve 90-minute sessions over 8-16 weeks. For clients with elevated risk profiles, significant travel requirements, or those who want a comprehensive baseline before considering ongoing development. Includes advanced scenario work and stress-tested protocols.

Programs are non-transferable. Small group sessions are available for teams of 2-4; inquire for details. Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. Engagement details, scheduling, and any travel arrangements are agreed during the Discovery Call.

IN-PERSON

In-person sessions

Are conducted in Texas at appropriate training facilities by appointment. This is the foundational format: physical capability and technical readiness cannot be fully developed without contact. For clients based in Texas, in-person is the default.

For clients outside Texas, in-person sessions are structured as periodic intensives — a half-day or full day of concentrated work — combined with virtual sessions between visits.

VIRTUAL

Virtual sessions

Are sixty minutes via Google Meet, recorded if desired, and structured around what you specifically need: a scenario to debrief, a protocol to build, or preparation for an upcoming trip or high-exposure situation.

Virtual is the format for clients who travel frequently, operate outside Texas, or have a specific near-term objective that cannot wait for in-person scheduling. It operates within the same five-dimension framework. A client working virtually moves through the same progression with between-session protocols that build capability between calls.

Virtual sessions are also used for specific preparation work: an upcoming trip to a higher-risk city, an event requiring elevated awareness, a situation requiring a protocol review before it happens.

The right format and combination are determined during the Discovery Call.

ONGOING ENGAGEMENT

For clients who want to maintain what they have built.

Completing a program is not the end of the relationship for every client. Some executives require ongoing capability maintenance: monthly sessions, on-call access for situation-specific preparation, and a direct line for counsel when something specific comes up.

Ongoing retainer arrangements are available to clients who have completed at least one full engagement. The structure, cadence, and scope are agreed based on each client's requirements. This is a continuation of proven work, not a starting point.

If an ongoing relationship is something you want to discuss, raise it during the Discovery Call.

INCLUDING FAMILY

Joint sessions.

Some clients want their spouse, partner, or a trusted colleague included in the work. Joint sessions move through the same five-dimension framework with the specific benefit of shared situational protocols: two people who read environments the same way, know each other's exits, and can operate together under pressure.

Joint engagement structure is arranged during the Discovery Call.

DISCRETION

Your information stays private.

Inquiry submissions, Discovery Call content, and engagement details are not shared with anyone. No client lists, no public testimonials, no anonymized case studies without prior explicit written permission.
